A space for you to be held, heard, and human.

Therapy focused on every stage of motherhood online in Michigan.

You may feel like you don’t
recognize yourself.

Some days feel steady, even hopeful. Other days feel heavy, disconnected, or overwhelming—and you’re not always sure why.

This isn’t how you imagined this season would feel. You thought you’d feel more grounded, more confident, more like yourself. Instead, it can feel as though you’re moving through life on autopilot, unsure of where you fit within it all.

You love deeply. You try your best. And still, there’s a sense that you’re not quite where you’re supposed to be or not living up to the version of yourself you once imagined.

Hi, I’m Hayley.

As a mom of two and a therapist, my goal is to support you, the mother. With a warm and nonjudgmental approach, I provide a safe space for you to feel heard, to heal, and to grow. I believe in having a strong therapeutic connection with my clients. Let's work together to help lighten the load you carry.

  • Our sessions will be held over a HIPAA compliant teletherapy platform. It will feel similarly to zoom or Skype. Most clients find that once the therapy session starts, they forget about being online and say it feels like we are meeting face-to-face.
It does help to have a strong internet connection and somewhere you can meet privately.

  • I am in network with Priority Health, Priority Health Medicaid, Aetna, Blue Care Network and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
